Multi Bot problem/question

Im trying to multi-bot with my friend and my accounts and for some reason after a period of time our bots shut down for no reason i am a donour and have premium version but still it shuts down for no reason...
how can i fix that?
Question:
Making a vendor path:
1. When using vendor path do i start at the vendor or near the normal leading to the vendor?
2. Do i use hotspots for ex. hotspot>stop>start>to vendor>click on vendor then click vendor from profile tab>stop>hotspot>save
is that what i do?
If anyone can send me link to vendor path tuto or give me a step by step instructions how to make one enabling me to repair armor that would be awesome thanks

How hard is it to start recording from your path to the vendor, stop recording at the vendor and add the name?
Can't get any simpler.

thats what i was asking if i start from path to vendor or vise versa thanks for your kind answer.

It's ok I didn't realise you had to authenticate the premium version key every time you use GPbot on a different computer, thanks for the quick response though.
